This year I decided that I was finally going to get into really good shape. So I started with a couch to 5k program, and jumped right in.  This along with working with a personal trainer, I've made humongous strides in my physical fitness.  And now I've moved on to a half marathon training program.  I'm not quite where I want to be yet, but I'm definitely getting there.  I've completed five races so far this year, and I have four more I'm signed up for including two 5k's, an 8k, and a HALF MARATHON!! Here's the evidence :)
